  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading regional teams
  • 3CPC Card certification
  • 4BCBA certification
  • 5AWS Certified
  • 65+ years experience with data tools
  • 7Proven ability to develop scalable offerings training advisory services mentoring and supplier readiness
  • 8Understanding of program design stakeholder engagement and performance management
  • 9Experience with corporate partners funders donors government entities NGOs and ecosystem partners
  • 10Strong management communication facilitation and presentation skills
  • 11Commitment to women's economic empowerment and inclusive growth principles
