Overview
Allegion seeks a strategic finance leader to drive financial planning and analysis across the Americas delivering results at scale. This role reports to the Americas VP of Finance managing the Manager Strategic Financial Analytics and Integrations. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of FP&A experience with expertise in financial modeling forecasting and process optimization. This position shapes the financial strategy for a global organization with presence in 130 countries.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead FPA processes for Americas segment including LRP AOP quarterly forecasts and R&O analysis
- 2Prepare management reports and KPI analyses for monthly and quarterly reviews
- 3Develop predictive financial models using scenario planning for decision support
- 4Collaborate with regional leaders to align segment expenses and allocation methodologies
- 5Act as liaison between corporate and regional units to improve planning systems
- 6Champion IBM Planning APAS and AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy
- 7Lead and mentor manager leading Strategic Financial Analytics and Integrations
- 8Provide guidance on M&A integrations expense allocations and automation deployments
- 9Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- 10Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and digital finance transformation
- 11Mentor high-performing team achieving organizational excellence
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in finance accounting economics or related field with Master's or CPA preferred
- 210+ years of FP&A experience preferably in manufacturing multinational settings
- 3Proven agility to pivot in fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills
- 4Expertise in financial planning forecasting and variance analysis
- 5Strong leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 6Familiarity with FP&A systems like Oracle Hyperion Power BI Excel Power Point
- 7Interest in AI digital literacy with experience leveraging automation tools
