Overview
You will own a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare client accounts worth several million dollars, building long-term partnerships and driving organic growth. You will lead a collaborative team delivering employee engagement, learning, and scientific solutions backed by applied behavioral science. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement, this role shapes commercial strategy and mentors account teams. What You'll Do10
- 1Manage a portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts, driving retention and expansion.
- 2Build trusted relationships with senior partners, including C-suite leaders, to uncover growth opportunities.

- 4Collaborate with business development to win new work and grow client relationships.
- 5Develop account plans that support long-term client growth and align with agency goals.
- 6Lead strategic client conversations, business reviews, and planning meetings.
- 7Translate client briefs into actionable plans for delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- 8Partner with creative, strategy, production, and specialist teams to co-create impactful solutions.
- 9Lead and support pitches for new opportunities, showcasing agency capabilities.
- 10Mentor Account Directors and team members, fostering their professional growth and success.
Requirements8
- 18+ years of experience in client services or account leadership within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agency.
- 2Proven track record of growing strategic client relationships and expanding accounts.
- 3Experience leading complex, high-value accounts and managing multiple client programs simultaneously.
- 4Confidence engaging with senior client partners, including executive leadership teams.
- 5Experience developing account growth plans and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- 6Commercial awareness, including forecasting and portfolio management.
- 7Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders across an organization.
- 8Collaborative leadership style with experience developing junior team members.
