What You'll Do5
- 1Chop vegetables and prepare salads for resident meals.
- 2Serve meals according to dietary restrictions and portion control guidelines.
- 3Sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas to meet ServSafe standards.
- 4Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination.
- 5Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests during meal service.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred.
- 3Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- 4Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively.
- 5Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- 6Lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- 7Perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- 8Work around food and cleaning products.
- 9Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on State/County law.
- 10Residency within the service area required.
