Overview
We seek a motivated individual to join our team at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston. You will own patient care operations while supporting clinical teams. This role differs by offering a rotating schedule and performance bonuses.
What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare cold food for patient line and traveling meals
- 2Deliver and retrieve food carts/trays following infection control guidelines
- 3Wash pot pans and utensils according to departmental standards
- 4Store clean items in an organized manner
- 5Maintain clean work area and perform assigned cleaning tasks
- 6Follow HACCP quality control procedures
- 7Navigate basic web applications
- 8Make decisions based on instructions with minimal supervision
- 9Solve routine problems by identifying process improvements
- 10Communicate clearly in writing and speak effectively with diverse audiences
- 11Demonstrate basic knowledge of fundamental concepts

- 1High school diploma required
- 20-1 years related work experience
- 3Familiarity with computers
