- 2Provide on-site technical support for SensArray products at customer facilities and remote engagements
- 3Analyze process and equipment performance data to generate actionable recommendations for customers
- 4Maintain high availability of SensArray metrology tools through debugging and technical assistance
- 5Develop application methodologies for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- 6Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance customer experience
- 7Create and update technical documentation white papers and product specifications
- 8Engage in product demonstrations evaluation planning and technical troubleshooting
- 9Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth through technical expertise
- 10Travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of time
- 11Contribute to content development including presentations and technical materials
Requirements10
- 13+ years semiconductor process experience or direct fab environment
- 23+ years semiconductor capital equipment industry background
- 3Hands-on experience with AI agent development
- 4Master's degree in Chemical Engineering Materials Science Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Physics or related field
- 5Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies including CVD ALD PVD plasma etch thermal processing wafer handling automation advanced packaging
- 6Bachelor's degree required with equivalent experience for alternative qualification path
- 7Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- 8Experience in semiconductor metrology and process optimization
- 9Minimum 5 years semiconductor process experience preferred
- 10Demonstrated travel flexibility with documented international assignments
