Senior Technical Program Manager at KLA Corp

Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products within the RAPID division of KLA. Assess risks and drive initiatives while communicating cross-functionally. What You'll Do11
- 1Assess evaluate risks and drive projects forward with an eye for critical path

- 4Articulate and present execution plans for internal leadership and external customers
- 5Hold regular meetings between functional groups to ensure interdependencies are documented
- 6Support roadmap development by detailing upcoming requirement changes and resources needed
- 7Own and scale complex technical initiatives to meet aggressive timelines
- 8Drive debugging and resolution of technical challenges affecting product quality
- 9Drive customer presentations and demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities
- 10Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- 11Collaborate with PMP certified peers to enhance project delivery outcomes
Requirements11
- 1Doctorate academic degree with 3 years related experience
- 2Master's level degree with 6 years related experience
- 3Bachelor's level degree with 8 years related experience
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Proven track record leading teams through influence rather than direct reporting
- 6Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Wrike Jira
- 7PMP or Agile certification preferred
- 8Strong leadership critical thinking communication and analytical skills
- 9Curiosity and ability to learn beyond immediate knowledge scope
- 10Capital equipment sector experience is a plus
- 11Track record of delivering sophisticated ambitious projects successfully
Salary Insight
$160 - $271k per year
