What You'll Do11

- 3Deliver talks at developer conferences and cultivate relationships with organizers
- 4Design programs scaling content events and community to compound long term value
- 5Identify onboarding gaps and create solutions independently without requiring approvals
- 6Collaborate with engineering to integrate frameworks and address technical challenges
- 7Show up consistently in developer communities and provide insights to product teams
- 8Maintain high autonomy by shipping fixes and features without waiting for direction
- 9Attend industry events and speak publicly about developer experiences
- 10Complete a background check and meet all hiring criteria
- 11Create technically deep content such as demos documentation and tutorials for developers
Requirements11
- 1Experience writing code in Python JavaScript or Go
- 2Technically credible ability to build and demo real platform features
- 3Track record of creating technical content for developer audiences
- 4Track record of building integrations or contributing to open source AI/ML projects
- 5Comfortable with high autonomy and solving problems without supervision
- 6Familiarity with GPU compute ML infrastructure or AI engineering workflows
- 7Ability to regularly attend developer conferences and speak publicly
- 8Strong written voice with engaging recaps and posts
- 9Preference for candidates with a compelling personal brand in technical spaces
- 10Experience creating videos with technical depth
- 11Familiarity with AI libraries agent frameworks or ML pipelines
Salary Insight
