Overview
Designer+ leads design sales and business development roles in San Jose. This hybrid position combines design client consultation and marketing with flexible scheduling. Compensation starts at $40/hour and grows based on performance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Meet homeowners for remodeling consultations
- 2Support design selections presentations and preconstruction
- 3Develop relationships with homeowners realtors architects and referral partners
- 4Generate and follow up qualified remodeling leads
- 5Participate in sales presentations client development
- 6Help build referral network and book of business
- 7Represent company professionally in client settings
- 8Coordinate with design estimating and construction teams
- 9Create and manage personal brand of business
- 10Drive marketing efforts through social media video advertising and events
- 11Maintain high performance metrics for uncapped commission opportunities
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Blueprint Matterport Moasure
- 3Knowledge of AWS Certified credentials
- 43-5 seasons managing seasonal work
- 5Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
Salary Insight
$70 - $250k per year
