Overview
The Architectural Designer II leads design development and technical execution for complex projects. This role owns design solutions from concept through construction administration. What You'll Do11
- 1Analyze and validate building code compliance for IBC NFPA and local zoning standards
- 2Coordinate with AHJs regarding design requirements and submission processes
- 3Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite
- 4Mentor junior staff and contribute to quality assurance processes
- 5Organize project documentation and facilitate collaboration between consultants and design teams
- 6Prepare construction documents aligned with client specifications and regulatory requirements
- 7Participate in client meetings and coordinate design presentations
- 8Support MEP structural and civil consultants in integrated design solutions
- 9Review and incorporate feedback from third party reviewers and clients
- 10Maintain accurate project records and prepare punch lists for close-out
- 11Assist with project coordination and schedule management
Requirements10
- 15+ years designing buildings with Spark Airflow and Python
- 2Expertise in AWS Certified solutions
- 3Proficiency with Kubernetes container orchestration
- 4Skilled in React framework development
- 5Certified in CPC Card methodology
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Strong experience with AWS Certified services
- 8Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment strategies
- 9Familiarity with React component architecture
- 10Understanding of AWS infrastructure as code practices
