  • 6Answer phones and respond to patient and staff inquiries
  • 7Resolve billing issues through research and documentation review
  • 8Assist with scheduling appointments based on patient needs
  • 9File documents and manage patient correspondence
  • 10Support front desk with clerical tasks
  • 11Identify process improvements and implement solutions

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Two years clerical experience in dental office
  • 3Bilingual English Spanish proficiency
  • 4Experience with Dentrix/EPIC
  • 5Legible handwriting for chart notes
  • 6Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
