- 3Process co-pays and calculate sliding scale fees
- 4Complete daily close reports and reconcile cash transactions
- 5Maintain Dentrix/EPIC systems and update patient information
- 6Answer phones and respond to patient and staff inquiries
- 7Resolve billing issues through research and documentation review
- 8Assist with scheduling appointments based on patient needs
- 9File documents and manage patient correspondence
- 10Support front desk with clerical tasks
- 11Identify process improvements and implement solutions
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Two years clerical experience in dental office
- 3Bilingual English Spanish proficiency
- 4Experience with Dentrix/EPIC
- 5Legible handwriting for chart notes
- 6Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 7Experience with insurance processing systems
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team
