What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal maintenance for patients on a consistent Monday and Friday schedule.
- 2Capture and document intraoral and extraoral exams, periodontal charting, and patient histories using digital systems.
- 3Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and home care routines tailored to their periodontal health needs.
- 4Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic records as needed, ensuring accurate imaging and documentation.
- 5Maintain clean and organized operatories, strictly following infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- 6Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a seamless care experience.
Requirements6
- 1Registered Dental Hygienist licensure in Massachusetts (required).
- 21+ years of clinical experience in a dental office, with proficiency in prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
- 3Strong skills in digital X-ray capture and patient charting software.
- 4Ability to work every Monday 9AM-6PM and every Friday 9AM-3PM.
- 5Excellent patient communication and education skills for building trust and compliance.
