We seek a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Lehi Utah. The hygienist will deliver preventive care and educate patients while supporting periodontal health. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive clinical environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Welcome and greet patients while ensuring a comfortable experience
- 2Perform initial oral health screenings and periodontal charting
- 3Identify oral health conditions including gingivitis and periodontal disease
- 4Provide appropriate dental hygiene treatments and preventive care
- 5Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- 6Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to infection control standards
- 7Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- 8Accurately document patient care and maintain dental charts and records
- 9Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes within the first 90 days
Requirements5
- 1Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- 21 year experience preferred
- 3Active Utah Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- 4Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred
- 5Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
