What You'll Do9
- 1Schedule patient treatment appointments and handle rescheduling and reminders
- 2Coordinate dentist and hygienist calendars to maximize efficiency
- 3Collaborate with clinical team to manage patient flow and communication
- 4Assist patients with payment arrangements and overcome financial objections
- 5Complete all necessary treatment documentation including consent and exit forms
- 6Answer phones and check patients in/out while collecting co-pays
- 7Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for each visit
- 8Maintain accurate records and uphold practice policies
- 9Provide excellent verbal communication in English and Spanish
Requirements5
- 12 year of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or front desk receptionist
- 2Strong understanding of insurance plans and billing procedures
- 3Excellent verbal communication skills
- 4Fluent in English and Spanish
