What You'll Do9
- 1Assist dentists during general dentistry endodontics prosthodontics oral surgery and pediatric procedures
- 2Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and organizing equipment
- 3Take and develop dental x-rays using digital imaging and 3D scans
- 4Perform vital signs assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation
- 5Ensure clinical cleanliness through strict sterilization protocols
- 6Support patient management by explaining procedures and providing compassionate care
- 7Maintain records and update patient charts in accordance with practice policies
- 8Operate X-ray machines and 3D scanners effectively
- 9Demonstrate proficiency with dental software such as Eaglesoft
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with focus on chairside assisting and instrument processing
- 2Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization procedures
- 3Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy
- 4Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines and 3D scanners
- 5Certification in Dental Assisting preferred
