Overview
Join a well-established private dental office in San Dimas, Los Angeles, as a part-time Dental Assistant. You will own chairside support and clinical workflow using CAD/CAM (CEREC) and X-Guide implant navigation. Work alongside a dentist and a small team in a patient-focused practice. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the chance to master advanced dental technology.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative and implant cases with CEREC and X-Guide navigation.
- 2Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to clinical standards.
- 3Take digital X-rays and capture intraoral scans for CEREC restorations.
- 4Maintain dental equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for each patient.
- 5Take impressions and pour models for fabrication of crowns and appliances.
- 6Support patient flow and comfort from arrival to dismissal.
Requirements6
- 1RDA certification or active Dental Assistant license in California.
- 21+ years experience in a dental office, with chairside assisting.
- 3Proficiency in Dentrix preferred, not required.
- 4Familiarity with CAD/CAM and digital impression systems a plus.
- 5Detail-oriented workflow and sterilization compliance.
- 6Reliable and friendly demeanor with patient focus.
