- 7Document patient interactions and update electronic health records accurately
- 8Collaborate with integrated behavioral health teams to address holistic needs
- 9Participate in community outreach programs through mobile dental initiatives
- 10Implement workflow optimizations to improve practice efficiency
- 11Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and privacy requirements
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential
- 2Completion of formal Dental Assisting program preferred
- 3Valid California driver's license with personal auto insurance
- 4Current BLS certification with radiation safety training
- 5CA Dental Practice Act course completion
- 6Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
- 7Proven ability to operate CO2 laser for restorative procedures
- 8Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- 9Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- 10Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- 11Excellent attention to detail and patient confidentiality
