What You'll Do11
- 1Assist dentists with patient care and clinical tasks
- 2Perform coronal polishing and sealant applications
- 3Maintain sterilized instruments and operatory cleanliness
- 4Take diagnostic x-rays using panoramic equipment
- 5Manage patient appointments and record documentation
- 6Support mobile dental programs and school-based initiatives
- 7Collaborate with integrated behavioral health teams
- 8Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- 9Provide bilingual communication in English and multiple languages
- 10Maintain accurate billing and insurance processing
- 11Contribute to continuous improvement of dental services
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Current RDA license with California dental certification
- 3Coronal Polishing and Dental Sealants certifications
- 4Valid BLS and radiation safety certification
- 53-5 years of dental assisting experience
- 6Proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
- 7Strong communication skills with diverse patient population
- 8Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
Salary Insight
$60 - $69k per year
