Overview
Deliver Domino's Pizza to customers in the Los Angeles area, managing 20-40 orders per shift with accurate navigation and safe driving. You'll be the face of the brand, ensuring orders arrive hot and on time, while also supporting in-store tasks. 2+ years of licensed driving experience in the U.S. is required, along with access to an insured vehicle. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver pizzas and other products to customers within designated delivery area, following GPS and map reading skills to locate addresses efficiently.
- 2Provide excellent customer service at the door, ensuring orders are complete and accurate, and handling payments with correct change.
- 3Assist with in-store tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and stocking ingredients during downtime.
- 4Operate company equipment including POS systems and food warmers, and maintain vehicle safety during deliveries.
- 5Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product safely.
- 6Communicate clearly with customers and team members to process orders over the phone and in person.
- 7Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record to meet company standards.
- 8Complete delivery vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
Requirements10
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- 22+ years of licensed driving history in the United States, with proof of continuous driving.
- 3No more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident in the last 2 years.
- 4No serious violations in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, hit-and-run).
- 5Access to an insured vehicle that passes company inspection, including working headlights, taillights, and brakes.
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds.
- 7Strong navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in varied terrain.
- 8Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
- 9Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- 10Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including 36°F coolers and 90°F+ kitchen areas.
