What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver pizza and other products to customers' doors within the designated delivery area, using GPS and map reading skills to navigate traffic and find addresses quickly.
- 2Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, making correct change and obtaining signatures as needed, ensuring every order is accounted for.
- 3Operate all store equipment, including oven controls, POS terminals, and food prep tools, to maintain workflow during peak hours.
- 4Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk-in cooler, and work area, rotating products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- 5Prepare product, including dough, sauce, and toppings, following Domino's recipes and portion guidelines to meet quality standards.
- 6Receive and process telephone orders, entering them into the POS system accurately and answering customer questions about menu items and delivery times.
- 7Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, counting supplies and recording usage to help manage store stock levels.
- 8Clean equipment and facility daily, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal, to uphold health and safety standards.
- 9Navigate adverse terrain, including stairs, elevators, and unpaved paths, while carrying up to 20 lbs of product and maintaining delivery time commitments.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- 2Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery, with proof of insurance at hire.
- 31+ year of driving experience in urban environments, comfortable with rush-hour traffic and parking in dense areas.
- 4Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings.
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs of product repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts in temperatures from 36°F to 90°F.
- 6Communication skills to give and follow written instructions, and to converse clearly with customers and team members over phone and in-person.
- 7Basic math skills for cash handling and making change without a calculator.
- 8Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with availability for peak hours like dinner rush.
