What You'll Do11
- 1Promote and provide excellent guest service experiences to internal and external guests
- 2Pick, load, transport, and deliver products safely using forklifts and other equipment
- 3Accurately pull items from purchase orders and non-inventory requests while maintaining records
- 4Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles and report damages
- 5Ensure proper fueling and mileage tracking of fleet vehicles
- 6Transport products between locations using company vehicles in compliance with safety procedures
- 7Assist with warehouse inventory receiving, storage, stocking, and organizing
- 8Perform physical inventory counts under management direction
- 9Maintain dependable attendance with minimal absences or lateness
- 10Operate box trucks and travel to customer sites for deliveries
- 11Follow the GILA Way by greeting guests, interacting positively, listening actively, appreciating guests, and providing self-starter service
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Valid AZ driver's license with clean record for five years
- 3Training/experience driving a box truck
- 4Training/experience in warehousing and/or material handling preferred
- 5Excellent judgment and independent decision-making abilities
- 6Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 7Self-motivation and proactive problem-solving skills
- 8Ability to obtain forklift certification
- 9Knowledge of GILA Way principles
- 10Ability to follow enterprise policies and procedures
- 11Strong communication and interpersonal skills
