What You'll Do17
- 1Design and implement vehicle sales contract management systems
- 2Process DMV paperwork registration titles and related documents
- 3Handle vehicle title work and resolve discrepancies
- 4Maintain accurate dealership records and ensure regulatory compliance
- 5Process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable transactions
- 6Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records
- 7Prepare customer refunds and dealership payments
- 8Balance cash receipts and track financial records
- 9Perform month-end reconciliations and accounting functions
- 10Manage new and used vehicle inventory records and schedules
- 11Greet customers and handle multi-line telephone calls
- 12Receive payments and balance cash drawers
- 13Assist with warranty and GAP applications
- 14Scan file and maintain office supplies
- 15Provide administrative support across dealership departments
- 16Cross-train and provide backup support within the Business Office
- 17Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

- 2Experience processing vehicle contracts titles and DMV paperwork
