What You'll Do10
- 1Clean and restock restrooms
- 2Vacuum, dust and de‑webbing surfaces
- 3Sweep, mop floors and wipe down areas
- 4Empty trash receptacles and power wash awnings
- 5Maintain outside tables chairs benches and parking lots
- 6Apply chemical solutions to meet cleaning standards
- 7Lift and move items weighing 35 lbs or more
- 8Stand or walk eight hours per shift
- 9Bend to pick up debris and clean floor surfaces
- 10Operate equipment safely in varying weather conditions
Requirements8
- 1Speak, read and write English and preferably Spanish
- 2High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- 3Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- 4Ability to communicate clearly with management
- 5Detail‑oriented and accountable
- 6Work under pressure and tight deadlines
- 7Strong customer service skills
- 8Motivated to exceed expectations
