Day Porter, Facility Cleaning & Maintenance
Overview
You will own the daily cleanliness and presentation of a facility in Warrendale, PA, ensuring it remains welcoming and safe for the public. You will work independently after training, managing the front lobby, restrooms, and common areas. The role is a steady Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with no weekends. What You'll Do7
- 1Clean and maintain the front lobby, including dusting, wiping mirrors, and trash removal.
- 2Restock restrooms and maintain cleanliness of all restroom fixtures.
- 3Maintain common areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- 4Respond to cleaning emergencies promptly.
- 5Use auto scrubber and perform floor stripping and waxing as needed.
- 6Support the facility's image by keeping all public spaces presentable.
- 7Manage your daily schedule and prioritize tasks without direct supervision.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of cleaning experience, preferred.
- 2Ability to pass a background check.
- 3Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 4Reliable transportation to and from Warrendale, PA.
- 5Experience with auto scrubber, floor stripping, and waxing.
- 6Ability to work independently after initial training.
- 7Must be available Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
