Overview
Graham Technologies seeks a Data Scientist to develop advanced machine learning predictive analytics and artificial intelligence solutions enhancing logistics planning sustainment operations and enterprise decision making. This role builds scalable analytics solutions predictive models and interactive business intelligence capabilities enabling data driven decisions within a complex mission focused environment.
What You'll Do15
- 1Develop validate deploy and maintain machine learning predictive analytics models supporting logistics and sustainment operations
- 2Build demand forecasting models using time series analysis ARIMA and exponential smoothing
- 3Create machine learning models employing Random Forest Gradient Boosting XGBoost and reinforcement learning techniques
- 4Design anomaly detection models leveraging clustering algorithms DBSCAN and autoencoders
- 5Develop inventory optimization and resource allocation models applying statistical analysis and optimization methods
- 6Analyze structured and unstructured enterprise datasets identifying trends patterns and operational risks
- 7Perform data preparation feature engineering and model validation to improve predictive performance
- 8Collaborate with Data Engineers optimizing enterprise data pipelines and cloud based analytics environments
- 9Develop executive dashboards operational scorecards and interactive visualizations via Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar business intelligence platforms
- 10Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical teams program leadership and Government stakeholders
- 11Document model specifications analytical methodologies user guides and standard operating procedures
- 12Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train Government personnel on analytical models and business intelligence tools
- 13Monitor model performance continuously improving deployed AI/ML solutions
- 14Support Agile software development including sprint planning backlog refinement demonstrations and peer reviews
- 15Work across multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise analytics solutions supporting mission objectives
Requirements12
- 1Active Top Secret clearance capable of attaining SCI
- 2Master's degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering Operations Research or related quantitative discipline
- 3Five years professional experience developing predictive analytics machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions
- 4Strong Python programming experience
- 5Experience using R for statistical analysis
- 6Experience deploying machine learning models
- 7Familiarity with TensorFlow PyTorch or similar machine learning frameworks
- 8Background in predictive analytics and statistical modeling
- 9Proficiency analyzing large complex enterprise datasets
- 10SQL and relational database expertise
- 11Analytical problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- 12Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
