What You'll Do11
- 1Build scalable AI models using Python and TensorFlow
- 2Design responsible AI frameworks leveraging AWS services
- 3Lead cross-functional teams in model development and deployment

- 5Optimize existing systems for performance and compliance
- 6Support client proposals with technical expertise
- 7Contribute to internal guidelines and training programs
- 8Stay current with emerging AI trends and ethical standards
- 9Document processes to maintain transparency and accountability
- 10Travel between client sites as needed
- 11Drive innovation in responsible AI solutions
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12 years experience
- 2Minimum 6 years experience in machine learning model development
- 3Proficiency in Python R or Java programming
- 4Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms
- 5Experience with Spark and Hadoop for big data processing
- 6Strong understanding of AI ethics and privacy regulations
- 7Ability to work with complex datasets and statistical methods
- 8Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- 9Commitment to continuous learning in AI and machine learning
- 10Bonus points for certifications in responsible AI or ethics
- 11Additional experience in social good AI projects preferred
Salary Insight
$87 - $294k per year
