AlleraIT seeks a Data Scientist Data Analyst to lead a compliance-review program for a federal client. The role involves building and maintaining a data-mining platform that processes monthly transaction data, applies risk-scoring logic, and creates reporting dashboards. What You'll Do7

  • 1Develop and maintain ETL pipelines ingesting transaction and operational data extracts from multiple source systems
  • 2Design and implement business rules and statistical/risk-scoring logic in coordination with the client
  • 3Support the federal Certification & Accreditation process for the analytics tool within approved security boundaries
  • 4Build and maintain reporting dashboards providing recurring activity reports and review-status tracking
  • 5Reconcile and normalize data from source systems with inconsistent schemas flagging anomalies
  • 6Ensure data processing and storage occur within client-approved hosted systems
  • 7Collaborate with compliance reviewers to translate policy into automated business rules

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field
  • 2Minimum 4–6 years experience building data pipelines statistical ML models or business rule engines on large datasets
  • 3Hands-on experience with Python R SQL and visualization platforms like Shiny Power BI Tableau
  • 4Experience with large multi-source datasets including cleansing harmonization and quality validation
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • 6U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Level 5 Moderate Risk including MBI or LBI
  • 7Prior experience supporting federal government clients or contractors
  • 8Experience with cloud-based large-scale processing such as Spark Databricks
  • 9Familiarity with FISMA NIST SP 800-53 and C&A processes
  • 10Relevant technical certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering
  • 11Minimum 5 years of experience with ETL pipelines using Spark Airflow
