Overview

You will own statistical data collection and reporting for the Neurosciences Institute, supporting clinical and non-clinical research operations at a major health system. You will compile, analyze, and translate data for management, physicians, and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across monthly and quarterly reports. Working onsite in Charlotte, NC, you will collaborate with research teams and external facilities. What You'll Do10

  • 1Collect, review, and analyze statistical data for management, translating it into actionable insights for decision making.
  • 2Build and maintain accurate reporting methods, ensuring data integrity and timeliness for all requested information.
  • 3Present graphics and quality assurance data for non-clinical and clinical sectors during monthly meetings, delivering clear and concise summaries.
  • 4Write monthly and quarterly reports for management, physicians, and individual clients, measuring processes and outcomes.
  • 5Compile abstract data into reporting methods for trending and tracking across the Neurosciences Institute.
  • 6Respond to data requests from outside departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • 7Track progress toward department goals and report status to management.
  • 8Support relationship building with external facilities and departments.
  • 9Provide programming support and computer expertise for the department using Excel and other tools.
  • 10Maintain confidentiality of all patient and research data.

Requirements6

  • 13 years of data entry or administrative experience.
  • 2High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred.
  • 3Working knowledge of word processing and database programs, with proficient skills in Excel.
  • 4Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
  • 5Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • 6Capable of lifting 25 pounds and performing physical tasks like sitting, walking, and repetitive wrist motions.
