Overview

What You'll Do7

  • 1Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components
  • 2Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents affecting service availability
  • 3Conduct routine network server hardware and operating system repairs
  • 4Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders including engineers and vendors
  • 5Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance activities
  • 6Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives
  • 7Help interview train and onboard new team members

Requirements7

  • 1Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed
  • 2Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods
  • 32+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience
  • 42+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience
  • 5Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 6Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • 7Experience managing a team and training new members
