Professionals will deploy and maintain physical servers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical operations. What You'll Do9

  • 1Rack, cable, configure, and deploy enterprise Intel and AMD servers
  • 2Install and configure Windows Server and Linux operating systems
  • 3Perform hardware upgrades repairs and preventive maintenance
  • 4Troubleshoot hardware failures involving memory storage power and networking components
  • 5Execute server provisioning deployment and decommissioning activities
  • 6Manage support tickets while meeting service-level agreements
  • 7Collaborate with Network Operations Engineering and Support teams to resolve customer-impacting issues
  • 8Perform quality assurance testing and validation of newly deployed equipment
  • 9Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations installations and maintenance activities

Requirements5

  • 13 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations server deployment or infrastructure support
  • 2Advanced knowledge of enterprise server architecture and hardware troubleshooting
  • 3Strong experience with Linux Windows Server and system provisioning
  • 4Solid understanding of networking technologies including switching cabling DNS and TCP/IP
  • 5Experience leading technical projects and supporting critical production environments
