Overview
AppleOne seeks skilled technicians to own enterprise server infrastructure across multiple data centers. Professionals will deploy and maintain physical servers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical operations. What You'll Do9
- 1Rack, cable, configure, and deploy enterprise Intel and AMD servers
- 2Install and configure Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- 3Perform hardware upgrades repairs and preventive maintenance
- 4Troubleshoot hardware failures involving memory storage power and networking components
- 5Execute server provisioning deployment and decommissioning activities
- 6Manage support tickets while meeting service-level agreements
- 7Collaborate with Network Operations Engineering and Support teams to resolve customer-impacting issues
- 8Perform quality assurance testing and validation of newly deployed equipment
- 9Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations installations and maintenance activities
Requirements5
- 13 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations server deployment or infrastructure support
- 2Advanced knowledge of enterprise server architecture and hardware troubleshooting
- 3Strong experience with Linux Windows Server and system provisioning
- 4Solid understanding of networking technologies including switching cabling DNS and TCP/IP
- 5Experience leading technical projects and supporting critical production environments
