Overview
As a Data Annotation Specialist at Treeswift, you will transform raw LiDAR and camera sensor data into high-quality datasets that power AI models for the largest US utilities. You'll work within a cross-functional team of engineers and field experts, using internal tools to annotate 3D wire spans. What You'll Do5
- 1Annotate 3D wire spans using internal tools to generate high-quality datasets, with training provided.
- 2Identify, document, and report data distortions, doubling, or classification errors within visualizations to ensure data integrity.
- 3Collaborate with engineers, QA leads, and field technicians via Slack to streamline workflows and meet project goals.
- 4Execute critical project priorities to deliver accurate, actionable insights for utility infrastructure projects across the country.
- 5Maintain detailed records of annotation work and flag anomalies to support continuous improvement.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of experience in data entry, data processing, or similar detail-oriented tasks.
- 2Strong attention to visual detail with an ability to identify subtle anomalies in 3D environments.
- 3Comfort using computer systems and new software tools effectively.
- 4Familiarity with Google Sheets or Airtable for data management.
- 5Ability to work independently on focused, repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- 6Comfortable commuting to NYC office at least twice a week.
- 7No technical engineering background required; training provided.
