Cybersecurity Security Operations & Communications Lead
Overview
Global agriculture enterprise seeks Cybersecurity Security Operations & Communications Lead to drive strategic coordination and operational excellence. This role aligns Chief of Staff portfolio management with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment transparency and execution of priorities while supporting leadership and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do27
- 1Drive weekly platform operational cadence including leadership meetings operational reviews and planning sessions
- 2Maintain visibility across platform initiatives milestones deliverables and dependencies
- 3Develop and manage an integrated platform roadmap across teams and workstreams
- 4Identify delivery risks resource constraints dependencies and escalation items
- 5Establish and monitor platform KPIs OKRs milestones and executive reporting
- 6Ensure leadership decisions are documented tracked and executed
- 7Maintain centralized oversight of platform projects and strategic initiatives
- 8Track project progress risks issues financial impacts and delivery commitments
- 9Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- 10Drive accountability for action items and leadership commitments
- 11Prepare status reports dashboards executive summaries briefings and presentations
- 12Establish and manage platform-wide risk and dependency processes
- 13Proactively identify emerging risks and operational concerns
- 14Escalate critical issues and recommend mitigation plans
- 15Monitor operational regulatory compliance and delivery risks
- 16Develop and execute communications strategies for the platform organization
- 17Create leadership updates newsletters town hall content and executive presentations
- 18Translate complex initiatives into clear actionable communications
- 19Maintain a centralized communications calendar
- 20Coordinate platform-wide events leadership forums workshops and operational councils
- 21Support annual planning cycles quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
- 22Improve collaboration and information sharing across platform teams

- 24Serve as trusted advisor to the Platform Leadership Team

Requirements17
- 18+ years in Chief of Staff PMO Program Management Portfolio Management Operations or Communications leadership roles
- 2Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- 3Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- 4Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- 5Proven track record of experience developing performance reports dashboards and executive summaries
- 6Strong risk issue and dependency management capabilities
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively
- 9Analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving expertise
- 10Capacity to anticipate issues and proactively develop solutions
