Overview

You will own the integration of cybersecurity projects for a federal client, supporting front office leadership in Washington, DC. You'll coordinate with our team to assess cyber hygiene, identify risks, and implement a strategic cyber roadmap. This role sits within a collaborative team of cyber specialists, reporting directly to program leadership. You'll guide the client through acceptable risk and availability decisions as they navigate an evolving IT environment. This position offers the chance to safeguard critical infrastructure and directly influence national security.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and maintain project schedules to ensure coordination and information flow across all programs and stakeholders.
  • 2Draft and review cybersecurity program documentation, including policies and O&M activities.
  • 3Drive the implementation of a strategic cyber roadmap involving operations, maintenance, and development activities.
  • 4Coordinate with technical teams and client leadership to assess cyber hygiene and areas of risk.
  • 5Support cybersecurity system and program reviews, providing technical and administrative input.
  • 6Guide clients through understanding acceptable risk and availability, ensuring secure operations in an evolving IT environment.
  • 7Incorporate best practices and industry standards into project integration efforts.
  • 8Manage stakeholder communication to align on project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements10

  • 13+ years of experience in project management and integration in IT and cybersecurity.
  • 2Experience creating, drafting, and reviewing cybersecurity program documentation.
  • 3Experience participating in cybersecurity system and program reviews.
  • 4Experience managing project schedules to ensure coordination and information flow occurs between all programs and stakeholders.
  • 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 6TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • 7HS diploma or GED.
  • 8Nice to have: knowledge of customer IT systems, requirements, and processes for information assurance, and assessment and authorization activities.
  • 9Nice to have: knowledge of ICD 503, CNSS, or NIST requirements or processes for Intelligence Community customers.
  • 10Nice to have: possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a bachelor's degree.
