System Integrator - Space Defense Solutions
Overview
Lead a small team supporting testing deployment and operational activities. Translate and migrate unstructured data into tracking and reporting tools. Oversee tracking of testing efforts operational equities and related activities. Manage renewal of services and accounts including VPN and cloud-based resources. Coordinate creation maintenance and decommissioning of equities. Ensure established protocols processes and compliance requirements are followed. Collaborate closely with teammates to resolve issues and support mission objectives. Partner with systems engineers and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate successful integration and deployment efforts. Communicate status risks issues and progress to team members and stakeholders. Support cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of testing and operational requirements. This role impacts national security through space defense systems. It is unique due to direct involvement in mission-critical defense projects.

Requirements11
- 1Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
- 2Minimum of 12 years relevant experience
- 3Bachelor's degree
- 4Successful experience leading formal and informal teams in dynamic unstructured environment under limited supervision
- 5Experience balancing short term tactical problems against long term strategic planning
- 6Experience working independently to identify problems devise solutions brief and communicate courses of action and implement solutions
- 7Experience managing a project program including schedule milestones and deliverables
- 8Periodic re-evaluation of project approaches to identify if original approach remains reflective of desired outcome
- 9Leading a team to define requirements determine root causes and identifying corrective actions
- 10Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite setting up VPNs and dealing with multi-factor authentication
- 1112 years relevant experience
