We seek dependable team members for a busy retail environment. This full-time position runs Thursday through Monday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The role offers a hybrid model combining restaurant service, deli, catering, and market sales.
What You'll Do8
- 1Builds cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guidelines
- 2Performs all preparation tasks as outlined in daily recipes and inventory levels
- 3Ensures cleanliness and visual appeal of display cases and refrigerators
- 4Keeps workstations and storage areas organized and sanitary
- 5Follows nutrition and sanitation regulations while maintaining professional conduct
- 6Answers requests and adheres to manager and kitchen staff directions
- 7Works within a family-owned business established over 30 years ago
- 8Operates under a hybrid model featuring table service, takeout deli, catering, and curated market offerings
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience building cut fruit using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands-on food preparation
- 3Full-time schedule Thursday through Monday
- 4Competitive wages ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus pooled tips
