What You'll Do8

- 3Act as trusted advisor helping customers achieve business goals
- 4Build scalable onboarding enablement and support processes
- 5Collaborate cross-functionally with product sales and marketing to improve experience
- 6Create playbooks and success metrics to measure engagement
- 7Advocate for customer needs providing feedback to product engineering
- 8Implement and manage success tools such as Gainsight ChurnZero Zendesk HubSpot
Requirements9
- 13+ years experience in customer success account management or related field
- 2Work at high-growth startup or SaaS company
- 3Proven ability to drive renewals expansion and retention
- 4Strong relationship-building communication skills
- 5Experience with B2B SaaS enterprise or technical products preferred
- 6Familiarity with CS platforms like Gainsight ChurnZero Totango
- 7Data-driven mindset tracking NPS churn and engagement metrics
- 8Experience with tools including Zendesk Intercom Help Scout Gong
- 9Proficiency in analytics platforms Tableau Looker Google Analytics SQL
