What You'll Do11
- 1Serve walk‑in customers while upholding brand standards
- 2Process sales transactions and handle material handling tasks
- 3Operate forklift and crane equipment for inbound/outbound logistics
- 4Complete daily sales reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- 5Assist with order picking assembly and stock replenishment
- 6Manage vendor orders and coordinate purchase requisitions
- 7Perform receiving duties including inspection and stocking of materials
- 8Handle customer complaints and initiate freight claims for damages
- 9Maintain facility cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- 10Support administrative functions such as payment processing and cash reconciliation
- 11Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in customer service and warehouse operations
- 2Proven forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- 3Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- 4Spark and Airflow experience preferred
- 5Ability to lift 15‑30 lbs routinely and 70 lbs in occasional lifts
- 6High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work history
- 7Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 8Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 9Commitment to safety and willingness to follow established procedures
