Overview
You will handle inbound and outbound calls for Massey Services, one of the largest pest and lawn care companies in the Southeast. You own the customer's first impression, resolving billing, scheduling, and service questions while supporting a team of over 2,800. This role requires sharp phone skills and a sense of urgency. What You'll Do9
- 1Answer incoming calls for Massey Services, resolving billing questions and scheduling service for 800,000+ customers.
- 2Place high-volume outbound calls to confirm appointments, collect overdue payments, and follow up on service satisfaction.
- 3Greet prospective customers and explain Massey services, converting inquiries into booked appointments.
- 4Update customer account details in the CSR system during and after calls, ensuring accuracy for billing and history.
- 5Log all interactions in the CRM to maintain a clear audit trail for the office team.
- 6Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager while keeping the customer informed at each step.
- 7Support daily reporting by pulling call-volume and payment data from Excel spreadsheets.
- 8Process accounts payable and payroll paperwork as assigned, ensuring timely submission.
- 9Cross-train on office functions to cover for teammates during peak call times or absences.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required.
- 21+ years of phone-based customer service, preferably in a call center or office.
- 31+ years of office experience handling data entry or administrative tasks.
- 4Strong problem-solving skills with a calm approach to upset callers.
- 5Excellent typing skills of 40+ WPM and 10-key accuracy.
- 6Time management and a sense of urgency to meet daily call-volume targets.
- 7Pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- 8Availability to work Full-time onsite in Orlando, FL.
