Overview
Own guest experience from check-in to post-shift wrap. Manage transactions, assist guests with tickets, loyalty signups, and concessions while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Collaborate with a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to a busy entertainment setting. This role offers variety across stations and shifts through evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build guest experiences by handling the cash register, tickets, and concessions to drive satisfaction
- 2Maintain cleanliness and stock across stations to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- 3Assist guests with loyalty signups and prize retrieval to boost repeat visits
- 4Coordinate with Shift Lead, restock, and reset stations during slow periods to stay ready for guests
- 5Ensure everything is in order before clocking out and report issues to Shift Lead
