Customer Service Rep - Domino's Pizza Houston
Overview
Own the front line at a high-volume Domino's store in Houston. You will take phone and walk-in orders, handle cash, prep ingredients, and keep the store spotless. What You'll Do8
- 1Operate all equipment, including POS terminals, ovens, and slicers, within your first shift.
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- 3Prepare product by assembling pizzas and sides to Domino's standards.
- 4Receive and process telephone orders using phone systems and order entry software.
- 5Clean equipment and facility daily, including surfaces and floors.
- 6Take inventory and complete associated paperwork using spreadsheets or paper forms.
- 7Handle cash and make correct change using calculators and POS.
- 8Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Requirements10
- 11+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly using calculators.
- 3Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- 4Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly.
- 5Ability to enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
- 6Comfort in varying temperatures, from 36°F cooler to 90°F+ work areas.
- 7Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 7.5 pounds.
- 8Stand for most shifts, with walking and bending at the pizza assembly station.
- 9Work under stress and meet strict quality control standards.
- 10Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US.
