What You'll Do8
- 1Take phone orders with accuracy, entering them into the POS system within 90 seconds.
- 2Answer customer questions about menu items, promotions, and delivery times.
- 3Resolve customer concerns with patience, offering solutions like replacement or refund.
- 4Coordinate with drivers and insiders to ensure orders go out hot and on time.
- 5Maintain a clean counter and lobby area, following Domino's image standards.
- 6Learn and follow Domino's pizza-making procedures to back up the makeline as needed.
- 7Upsell sides and desserts with each order, hitting a 10% attach rate.
- 8Process cash and card payments accurately, balancing your drawer at shift end.
Requirements7
- 116+ years old, with a positive attitude and a smile for every customer.
- 26+ months of customer service experience, ideally in fast food or retail.
- 3Strong verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
- 4Ability to multitask, juggling phone orders and walk-in customers.
- 5Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- 6Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 25 lbs of pizza supplies.
