Overview
Own the delivery of a distinctive and delightful customer experience at our Phoenix location. Provide courteous and efficient checkout service while modeling best practices in interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits. Ensure operational excellence through accurate transactions, proactive assistance, and maintaining a clean and well‑merchandised environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly interactions and proactive assistance
- 2Design and execute visual displays including seasonal and promotional structures
- 3Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
- 4Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for regulated products
- 5Assist with product placement and inventory management using FIFO methods
- 6Manage photo services and handle online order fulfillment for Picture Care Plus
- 7Lead store maintenance efforts to keep the Phoenix location clean and orderly
- 8Complete specialized training and obtain required certifications such as CPC Card or AWS Certified solutions
- 9Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- 10Maintain accurate sales registers and process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
- 11Support department associates with shelving, pricing, and restocking tasks
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail experience preferred
- 3Fluent English reading writing speaking ability except in Puerto Rico
- 4Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 56 months retail experience preferred
- 6Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus
- 7Ability to work independently and solve customer issues promptly
- 8Commitment to upholding company policies and fostering respectful workplace relationships
- 9Valid identification and willingness to undergo background check
