- 4Build loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the IKEA shopping experience.
- 5Build emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers.
- 6Provide customers a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out.
- 7Offer and sell services to customers during the handover process when needed.
- 8Provide a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience while collecting high-quality data for follow-up.
Requirements5
- 11 year sales or customer service experience preferred.
- 2Open availability on weekends.
- 3Ability to work 12-19 hours per week.
