Customer Service Associate II - Dollar Tree
Overview
We seek a positive friendly associate to join our Chicago team. The ideal candidate will own daily store operations and deliver an inviting shopping experience. This role offers cross-training for cash register and front-end duties while maintaining a clean welcoming environment. You will manage sales transactions ensure security and uphold professional standards.
What You'll Do7
- 1Receive merchandise unload trucks and process freight safely
- 2Merchandise and stock shelves as needed
- 3Maintain cleanliness through bathroom cleaning floor care and trash removal
- 4Ensure a positive safe respectful environment with professional friendly interactions
- 5Process sales transactions at assigned cash registers
- 6Protect company assets and maintain cash security
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store preferred
- 3Ability to lift 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- 4Strong organizational communication and problem solving skills
- 5Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
- 6Excellent customer service relationship management
- 7High level of integrity
- 8Experience with Spark and Airflow
- 9Knowledge of Python and AWS
- 10Familiarity with React and Kubernetes
- 11Certification CPC Card or BCBA
