Customer Service Associate II - Dollar Tree
Overview
We seek a positive, friendly disposition to join our team as a Customer Service Associate II at Dollar Tree. This role creates an inviting shopping experience while handling daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be cross-trained to support cash registers and front-end tasks.
What You'll Do10
- 1Receive merchandise and unload trucks safely following productivity standards
- 2Merchandise and stock shelves as needed
- 3Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and restocking bathrooms and sweeping/mopping floors
- 4Ensure store neatness and presentability
- 5Provide positive safe respectful interactions with customers associates and leaders
- 6Manage sales transactions at assigned cash registers
- 7Secure cash and protect company assets
- 8Perform other duties as assigned
- 9Assist with receiving freight and loading it appropriately
- 10Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environments
- 4Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- 5Strong organizational and communication skills
- 6Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- 7Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
- 8Commitment to ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations
- 9Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- 10Flexibility to switch to front-end duties as needed
