What You'll Do11
- 1Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- 2Manage sales transactions using assigned cash register
- 3Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- 4Keep store stocked and recover merchandise
- 5Receive and unload merchandise while stocking shelves
- 6Ensure positive safe respectful environment through professional interactions
- 7Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathroom cleaning floor care and trash removal
- 8Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- 9Lift between 30 and 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height
- 10Walk stand stoop kneel climb push pull and repeat repetitive tasks
- 11Demonstrate strong customer service relationship management organizational communication problem solving decision making abilities
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store preferred
- 3Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- 4Strong organizational and communication skills
- 5Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
