What You'll Do11
- 1Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- 2Manage sales transactions using assigned cash register
- 3Protect cash and safeguard company assets
- 4Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- 5Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks stock replenishment
- 6Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathroom cleaning sweeping mopping trash removal
- 7Ensure all areas are neat and presentable
- 8Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- 9Lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- 10Frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting
- 11Provide excellent customer service relationship management
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store preferred
- 3Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- 4Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- 5Strong organizational and communication skills
- 6Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- 7Minors eligible for certain roles
- 8Compliance with ADA reasonable accommodations
- 9Employment at-will termination possible
