What You'll Do9
- 1Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- 2Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- 3Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- 4Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- 5Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks stock replenishment according to productivity standards
- 6Ensure a positive safe and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers associates and leaders
- 7Clean and restock bathrooms sweep and mop floors take out trash and ensure all areas are neat and presentable
- 8Follow instructions interpret operational documents lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling and repetitive lifting
- 9Demonstrate excellent customer service relationship management strong organizational communication and problem solving decision making skills
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environment
- 2Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- 3Frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling and repetitive lifting
- 4Excellent customer service relationship management skills
- 5Strong organizational communication problem solving decision making skills
