Customer Service Associate Dollar Tree

What You'll Do11
- 1Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- 2Manage sales transactions using assigned cash registers
- 3Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- 4Keep store stocked and recover merchandise
- 5Receive and unload merchandise while stocking shelves
- 6Ensure store cleanliness including bathroom cleaning and floor maintenance
- 7Maintain positive safe respectful environment for customers staff and leaders
- 8Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- 9Lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to shoulder height
- 10Walk stand stoop kneel climb push pull and repeat repetitive tasks
- 11Develop strong organizational communication and problem solving skills
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store preferred
- 3Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- 4Strong organizational communication skills
- 5Problem solving and decision making abilities
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced environment
