What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly professional experience
- 2Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
- 3Answer customer questions and explain services clearly and confidently
- 4Accurately enter vehicle information and process transactions using the POS system
- 5Perform courtesy vehicle inspections checking fluids filters tires belts hoses and wiper blades
- 6Assist technicians with preventive maintenance services as needed
- 7Guide vehicles safely into service bays
- 8Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- 9Support opening and closing procedures as assigned
- 10Follow company policies safety procedures and operating standards
- 11Work as part of a team to keep service flowing efficiently throughout the day
